Хуже сервиса сложно придумать. Выгрузить свои колёса из машины извольте самостоятельно, а иначе заплатите сто рублей за погрузку/выгрузку колёс из багажника автомобиля. Клиентская зона для ожидания автомобиля из шиномонтажа закрывается в семь (СЕМЬ!) вечера и будь добр - вали на улицу либо стой в сервисе и мешайся сотрудникам, переобувающим автомобили. Господа учредители и управляющие, опомнитесь - деньги Вам платит не государство, а физические лица, приезжающие со своими бытовыми задачами, а в итоге вынужденные стоять на улице под дождём либо в душном помещении без единого стула. Клиентоориентированность и Оренбург, на данный момент, к сожалению, - антонимы.

Здравствуйте, подскажите пожалуйста, когда произошла данная ситуация? Если не затруднит пришлете дату инцидента и время, а также номер автомобиля. И мы постараемся сделать все возможное, чтобы решить данную проблему и урегулировать возникший спорный момент.

Не понравилась работа консультантов и шиномонтажа при магазине. Пытались продать товар что подороже. При вопросе после покупки в течение какого времени поставят колеса,ответила от 1-5 часов. Отказался поехал в колеса даром, в течение часа все сделал. И резину купил и шиномонтаж сделали и скидку на шиномонтаж получил.
