В прошлом году заказывали партию худи - хорошее качество и печать, была часть брака, которую обменяли. С менеджером Николаем были небольшие проблемы с правками в спецификацию и его невнимательностью к выбору цветов, размеров и ткани. Но худо-бедно смогли решить. В этом году хотели заказать у них же футболки 100шт на одну компанию и 100 на другую - менеджер Екатерина общается просто по хамски. Не может рассчитать стоимость, начинает задавать странные вопросы по фасону, плотности и составу ткани, без каких-либо рекомендаций - "Вы по цене выбираете или по какому принципу? Для каких целей вам футболки? Кто и где их будет носит?", как это относится к моему запросу - непонятно. В итоге - "минимальный тираж футболок от 150-200 шт" - в прошлом году нам делали 65, на сайте стоит расчет тиража в 100. Позвонила обсудить детальнее, та же Екатерина хамским тоном "я вам сказала, тираж от 150 штук". Отношение к постоянным клиентам - топ. Рекомендовали вас своим партнерам и клиентам после прошлого заказа - теперь возьмем свои слова обратно...

Заказывали промо худи оверсайз, классный крой, насыщенность цвета, печать четкая. Вела менеджер Екатерина, все было четко. Цены плюс минус по рынку, но выбрали не по ценам, а по опыту и хорошему портфолио.
