Искала занятия чтобы вернуть тонус после пятилетнего перерыва в связи с декретом. На финтесклуб с его церемониями времени нет. На удивление нашла очень удачный вариант. Тренер по пилатесу Любовь - профессионал! Занятия разнообразные, гибкость и тонус возвращаются быстро. Через два месяца уже могу выпрямится. Плюс Любовь подходит к занятиям с душой!

Хожу с коллегой к Любе на пилатес с июля по нынешний день, правда бывает с большими перерывами) начну с плюсов: удобное местоположение, от метро 5 минут, при первом посещении не особо просто найти дорогу, но с этим помогает администратор. На входе сразу нужно снимать обувь, так что в холодное время года нужно иметь с собой либо сменную обувь, либо теплые носки. Само помещение находится в подвале, залов много, так как параллельно проводятся занятия по другим предметам. В студии всегда чисто, гуляет шикарный кот. Приходить лучше как минимум за 10 минут, так как народа часто бывает очень много. Это что касается обстановки. Занятия сами проводятся в теплой душевной атмосфере, даже в общей группе Люба уделяет внимание каждому клиенту вне зависимости от степени его подготовленности и серьезности намерений. При первом занятии нужно настроить себя на то, что ты отключаешь все мысли и внимательно слушаешь все то, что говорит преподаватель, ее указания и образы, а так же параллельно стараешься прислушиваться к своему телу. Пожалуй, это самое сложное) и если получается, то на выходе ты чувствуешь себя обновленным, прямым и с хорошим настроением. Ставлю 4 балла только из-за неудобств, связанных с запахом обуви в холле и запахом пота в раздевалке, но это не всегда)
