Салон отвратительный, делала сразу три зоны(стрелку, губы и брови) у мастера Светланы, попросила скидку, так как общая сумма с коррекцией составляла 45 тысяч, после этого администраторы стали откровенно хамить, все время подчеркивая, что мне нужно бы найти более дешевый салон (что кстати я и сделала впоследствии), качество работы также оказалось ужасным, бровь одна выше другой это очень бросается в глаза, губы с явно пропущенными участками, стрелка вообще смылась в течении месяца, несмотря на коррекцию, никому не рекомендую данный салон! – показать

Доброго дня, Зара!1) Мы с Вами связались для разъяснения ситуации и повторимся, что очень странно, что 3 сотрудника подтверждают тот факт, что все 3 зоны, сделанные у Светланы зажили прекрасно и то, что Вы говорили перед коррекцией, цитируем : «я очень даволна, подругам тоже понравилось«-внезапно поменялось мнение на написанное здесь.2) Вы попросили скидку и Вам пошли на встречу, предоставив скидку в размере 10%, но Вы же пишите, что скидку Вам не дали!3) Стоимость наших процедур открыта для клиентов и ее всегда можно посмотреть на сайте, чтобы была возможность рассчитать свой бюджет.4) очень некрасиво писать такие вещи, а потом звонить и поздравлять весь персонал с праздником и говорить слова благодарности) честно, у нас такое впервые и мы даже не знаем как на это реагировать.
