Постоянно обращаюсь, сам и вся моя семья, за любой помощью с любым вопросом, всё очень нравится, вежливые и внимательные врачи, новое оборудование и современные методы лечения. Всем своим знакомым всегда рекомендую!

Отвратительная работа персонала регистратуры, пообещав перезвонить по поводу времени проведения колоноскопию никто не перезвонил. Процедура сложная и особенная и необходимо накануне заранее знать время проведения. Самостоятельно перезванивали несколько раз и каждый раз информация была озвучена от девушек- регистраторов различная, в том числе и о том что перезвоним через 15 минут и никто не позвонил.

Сегодня была на приеме. Вместо 12 00 зашла в 12 50. В регистратуре о задержке приема никто не сообщил. Также не сообщили, что забор мазка стоит 150р. Узнала только по факту перед оплатой, хотя всеми ценами интересовалась по телефону. Порадовала только врач, которая извинилась, и тоже не ожидала, что так получиться. К вам больше не ногой. Не первый раз такая ситуация

Проходила мед.комиссию офтальмолог вообще не адекватная, общалась в повышенном тоне, по хамски , если так надоели пациенты так пусть сидит дома. Допуск не поставила. Пришлось обратиться в другую поликлинику к нормальному врачу. Один врач поменял мнение о всем мед.центре.

Вызывали на дом медсестру для взятия венозной крови. Умудрилась из абсолютно нормальной вены взять так, что через 5 минут у дедушки в месте прокола образовалось уплотнение размером с грецкий орех. А когда мы им позвонили сказать об этом, ответили: да не волнуйтесь, рассосётся. Никто не приехал, не извинился, ничем не помог. Взятие крови стоило нам 4500₽. За эту сумму ни порядочного отношения к пациенту, ни ответственности за действия медперсонала мы не получили.
