отвратительное отношение к клиентам Достоинства: удобное расположение, некогда вкусная кухня Недостатки: не компетентный персонал С супругой являемся постоянными клиентами и, соответственно, держателями карты постоянного клиента данного заведения. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Позвонили, очередной раз заказали пиццу на самовывоз. Подъехали к назначенному времени. Пиццу приготовили не ту, что мы заказывали. Женщина за стойкой пыталась выдать за наш заказ абсолютно другую пиццу. На наше замечание, что мы не это заказывали, начала хамить и повышать тон, пытаясь нас убедить, что мы именно это заказывали. На месте приготовить другую пиццу не предложили, вместо этого последовал ряд хамских высказываний на повышенном тоне. На наше требование позвать администратора было отказано, ровно как и предоставить номер телефона администрации. Написали в "книгу жалоб", никаких действий не было предпринято. Уважаемая администрация, примите меры по воспитательной работе и клиентоориентированности персонала.

Пицца вкусная, но доставка все портит Достоинства: Вкусная пицца Недостатки: Ужасная доставка! Раньше всегда заказывали пиццу только в Пепе, раньше все было хорошо, нареканий не было, но со временем доставка стала все дольше и дольше. Обещают доставку в течение часа - ждёшь полтора-два. А последние два заказа мы ждали почти по три часа, причём один раз неверно записали и адрес, и номер телефона, хорошо, что я перезвонила. Привозят уже холодную пиццу, а в последний раз ещё и подгоревшую.
