Пицца ничего,а вот большое шоколадное печенье могло быть и лутше,а не таким подгоревшим. Хотели прям обратно принести,но идти некогда было.

Был сделан заказ 17.01, через приложение, оплата онлайн в 20:10. Подтверждение принятия заказа от пиццерии пришло, но через 40 минут. После двухчасового ожидания удалось связаться с пиццерией‬. На четко поставленный вопрос о том, что с заказом, девушка-оператор, что даже не представилась и не извинилась за такой случай, не смогла дать внятного ответа, оправдывая его неосуществление тем, что у них возник сбой в системе, из-за которого мой заказ якобы не дошёл (при этом она смогла озвучить время его создания, составляющие и адрес доставки в том числе, скорее всего и номер телефона тоже, что можно было использовать для своевременного информирования клиента о проблемах с заказом). Было решено возвращать оплату, тут оператор снова не была компетентна — пришлось задавать ей дополнительные вопросы, чтобы выяснить детали. При регистрации у меня была указана ошибочная электронная почта. Вроде как сказала, что письмо придёт на правильную, что была ей продиктована. Перезвонила через 10 минут — уже сообщила, что письмо для подтверждения возврата может прийти только на адрес, указанный при регистрации, обвиняя меня в том, что я сама указала неверный, вместо того, чтобы сразу обьяснить мне, что деньги без подтверждения могут просто перевести на карту, с которой была проведена оплата. Прошу Вас дать разъяснения, считаете ли Вы менеджера, что работал в случае со мной, компетентным в решении проблем, необходимо ли им обучение для повышения эффективности работы с клиентами, а также насколько качество обслуживания соответствует стандартам сети Папа Джонс. – показать
