Сегодня… 20 декабря 2019 года. Решили заказать пиццу в «Папа Джонс» что базируется на улице центральная. Время заказа… 15.00. Сейчас без трех минут 18. Пиццы до сих пор нет. Больше часа назад звонили в колл центр, где нам сказали, что большая загруженность и пиццу привезут через час. Обманули, облизали, а что толку? Заказывали через приложение. Оно красивое, интуитивно понятное, но крайне не информативное по отношению к клиенту. Никакой информации о том когда доставят, заказанную пиццу. Клие нту приходится заходить за сайт, искать номер и звонить в колл центр. Думаю, это сделано специально, чтобы не нести ответственность за свои многочисленные косяки. Вывод — компания, как и многие другие, работающие в России в сфере обслуживания и питания, решила забить на сервис. Минимизируя расходы, выжимая максимум прибыли, руководствуясь тем, что потребитель законодательно слабо защищен и не привык отстаивать свои права. Компании ставлю двойку с минусом и больше не намерен пользоваться ее услугами. – показать

Испортилось место. Заказали столик на 8 человек на 13.00. День рождения. Предзаказ на 13.15 сделали. В целом — 6 пицц и напитки. Пришли — столы с бронью грязные, позвали протереть. Столы не догадались сдвинуть, хотя знали, что на 8 человек, и по телефону менеджер сказал, что сдвинут вместе заранее. Далее стали ждать. 2 раза просили принести заказ. Принесли. Пиццы ХОЛОДНЫЕ! Даже подогреть не удосужились! Как так!? Сидим с холодными пиццами, ждем напитки заказанные, опять напоминаем, что у нас на 13.15 заказ, включающий горячую пиццу и напитки. Едим всухомятку холодное. Время 13.40. Принесли напитки и СНОВА ХОЛОДНУЮ ПИЦЦУ! Вызвали менеджера, он решить ситуацию предлагал только скидкой за холодные пиццы. Короче, больше ни ногой. Грязно, в помещении холодно, пицца холодная. Персонала мало, и он меееедленный. – показать
