Достаточно было сделать 2 заказа в разные даты, чтобы остался негатив от сервиса. Оба заказа были доставлены с часовой(!) задержкой. Час! и это не преувеличение, я серьезно, с момента заказа до получения 2 с небольшим часа. Вы думаете кто то попытался сгладить ситуацию? Нет конечно, только брошенная фраза "ну а что вы хотели, у нас много заказов, пицца вкусная". Пару моментов- пицца по вкусу средненькая, а по цене завышенная, не льстите себе так. При первом заказе было указано, что оплата картой, курьер приехал без терминала, пришлось ходить по соседям, занимать нал. И к основному, если вы не выполняете свои обязательства доставить через час заказ, почему я должен в полной мере выполнять свои по оплате?

Пришли 8 Марта, сделали заказ, картошку ФРИ принесли после скандала через 30 минут, сказали, что у них недостаточно персонала, вышел шеф повар в какой- то неопрятной форме, не преставился как к нему обратится, сказал, что он работает один, не успевает, остальной заказ нам почему- то стали приносить все и сразу но после очередного скандала, от которого нам пришлось отказаться, потому что настроение было испорчено, вышел администратор, чтоб нас успокоить и устранить скандал, взамен морального ущерба и испорченного праздничного настроения нам предложили пиццу, которую привезут по адресу через 1—1,5!!!!! Но ее так и не привезли!!!, пока мы не позвонили сами! ВООБЩЕ ТАМ БАРДАК!!!!!! – показать
