Добрый день, Дмитрий. Кофе Сити всегда внимательно относится к своим гостям. Расскажите, пожалуйста, что было не так с чаем? Вы были у нас 8 января?

1. Чай был пакетированный 2. Очень плохого качества 3. Его было на столько мало даже вкуса чая как такого го не было

Дмитрий, спасибо за ваш оперативный ответ. В чайной карте всей сети кофеен Кофе Сити есть два сорта чая пуэр. Есть Althaus Pu Er постферментированный чай, и обычный сорт чая Pu Er. Весь чай рассыпной, и подается он в чайничке с фильтр-пакетом, чтобы мы могли наслаждаться чаем, а не игрой чаинок на губах. Вы не написали в какой именно день был заказ, но мы предположили, что Дубль Гис максимально оперативно обработал Ваш отзыв, и это было 8 января. Именно в этот день было два заказа чая сорта Pu Er. Безусловно, вы верно заметили, что вкус чая сорта Althaus Pu Er отличается от его собрата Pu Er. Предлагаем вам попробовать и оценить Althaus.

Да приходили мы к вам 8 января. Зачем вы оправдываетесь каким-то не лепыми оправданиями и жанглируете умными словами. Уверяю вас лучше наслаждаться чаинками на губах хорошего чая. Чем отравиться вашим чаем, ещё и за это заплатить. Очень негативные эмоции остались после посещения вашего заведения (злость, недовольство, отвращение, обида, негодование, возмущение)

Дмитрий, нам очень жаль, что такой огромный спектр эмоций (даже обида!!!) были вызваны чаем. Мы обязательно передадим нашему поставщику, что один из сортов чая способен делать невероятные вещи. Остается только пожелать вам хорошего дня и верить, что вы встретите чай, вызывающий любовь, уважение, радость, счастье.

Тихое уютное место. Персонал вежливый, кофе очень вкусный, понравились салаты и глинтвейн. Место располагает к дружеской встрече и общению.
