Всегда любила здесь заказывать пиццу за отличный вкус и хороший сервис. Но сегодня (4 сентября) произошло какое-то вопиющее безобразие и целая куча косяков в одном заказе. К слову. Заказ № 319-938-967-045. Итак. Сначала заказ не привезли вовремя. На сайте в момент доставки все еще висел статус - готовится. По телефону говорили: скоро начнем готовить. Ау! Он уже должен быть у меня, а не "начнем готовить". В итоге позвонила. Сказали, что курьер якобы попал в аварию, и вот онм сейчас начнут делать заново. Статус сразу стал - в процессе готовки. Я думаю, что скорее всего просто забыли про мой заказ. Ну да ладно. К новому заказу за свой же косяк не придложили ничего. Ни какой компенсации или плюшек. Просто - извините. Приезал курьер. Оплата была выбрана через терминал. Я не просто так выбираю такой способ оплаты. Так вот. Приехал курьер и говорит - илм наличкой или переводом. У меня батарейка на терминале села. Хотя я вижу, что экран светится. Значит либо тоже врет, чтобы не проводить через терминал оплату (явно не его прихоть, но тем не менее). Либо если и сел. Я то тут при чем? Я выбрала оплату. Вы обязаны мне ее предоставить, а не вынуждать платить как-то еще. Как мне совершенно неудобно и невыгодно. И вишенка на торте - пицца была холодная. Даже не тёплая . Холодная. Также вместо пышной сделали на тонком тесте. Добавлю. Такой же отзыв я им озвучила по телефону. После чего со мной связались из службы качества и извинились. Это мало сглаживает ситуацию, но все же.

Ужасный сервис. Привезли не то что заказывали, оператор связался спустя 20 часов на следующий день, отвратительный сервис. В исправлении своих же ошибок вообще не заинтересованы, клиентоориентированность 0 из 10. Никому не советую с ними связываться.
