Все стало просто ужасно. Всегда огромные опоздания. А вчера 05,04 пицца пришла с ужасным качеством: края были горелые, а внутри тесто сырое, а в середине теста практически не было. Да еще в добавок в пиццы обнаружили какую то нитку. Вообщем ужас!!!

Раньше было не плохо. Но потом стало все хуже и хуже. Постоянно какие-то косяки. Причем, как по доставке, так и по качеству блюд. То, при большом заказе, привезут пицц меньше, чем заказано. То везти умудряются часа 3-4. То вообще не тот заказ как-то раз привезли. Курьер отдал и быстренько уехал, пока мы не проверили. То вообще холодное привезли. То пицца сухая, будто забыли соус положить. То еще что-то. В общем. Надоело, долго не заказывали. На днях тут решили, что называется, тряхнуть стариной» и заказать набор римских пицц. Раньше они у них были весьма недурны. Отмечу, что основное отличие римских пицц от других – тонкое, очень тонкое тесто. В результате привезли пиццы на самом обычном, пышном тесте. Еще и не вкусное тесто. А римская пицца, на минуточку, у них одна из самых дорогих, если учитывать соотношение вес-количество-цена. Так мало этого, еще и магнит не положили. Хотя в чеке он есть и при заказе мы СПЕЦИАЛЬНО уточнили, будет ли магнитик. У меня племянница собирает магнитики все подряд и каждому магниту очень радуется ребёнок. Особенно радуется тем, которые не купить. А вот так, только к заказу какому-нибудь. В общем и меня обломали с тестом и ребенка с магнитом. Наверное, больше не буду здесь заказывать. Давала им шанс ради прошлых заслуг, так сказать. Но они его не оправдали. 2 звезды только потому, что раньше (давно) , было реально не плохо и по цене и по качеству.
