Приходила в четверг 26 декабря в 10.30, салон был закрыт. Позвонила по номеру, указанному на вывеске, оказалось телефон, который лежит внутри. Соответственно, я так и не смогла узнать, по какой причине закрыто. Постояла 10 минут, так никто и не пришел. И вот сегодня, 28 декабря, салон работает до 15.00. Пришла, открыто, но нет никого. Спустя 2 минуты пришла девушка и отказала мне в печати фото. Причина - мы сейчас закрываемся. Я сказала, что еще целых полчаса работы, она ответила - могу распечатать документ(зачем мне документ, если фото нужно), что тот компьютер уже выключен! По моему скромному мнению, компьютер должен выключаться в 15.00, в соответствии с режимом работы! Мне нужно было распечатать 4!!! фото. Не 44, не 444. Возмущена очень! Вот вам и предновогодние чудеса :(

Здравствуйте! В случае, если график работы меняется, об этом сообщается в объявлении на входной двери. В первом случае сообщалось, что 26 декабря салон открывается в 10:40. В это время салон был открыт. Во втором случае вам было сказано, что компьютер не выключен, а его забрали на ремонт на новогодние праздники. На табличке также было написано, что по техническим причинам 28 декабря сокращенный день. По вопросам работы салона звоните по телефону: 8 (930) 687-37-84. Обращаем ваше внимание на то, что телефон доступен только в рабочее время, сотрудники домой его не забирают. Ждем вас после новогодних праздников! :)
