Поменялось меню. Раньше брали рис с овощами/тофу было вкуснее. Сейчас похоже на вок американский. Готовили 20 минут, перед нами не было никого, на кухне 4 человека! В блюде попадаются жесткие какие то кусочки чеснока не очищенного

Глубочайший респект ханойскому стрит фуду Pho Bo, который подал мне только что очень приличный том ям и отсыпал горсть свеженарезанного чили. Впервые, с октября 2019 (когда уехал из Таиланда) утираю пот гурмана и слезы благодарности. Типсы: - к том яму идет маленькая порция риса, так что ценителям - сразу заказывайте отдельную чашку риса. - у повара есть нарезанный чили, можно попросить, чтобы сделать все по-феншую, а не для новичков. - вьетнамский кофе - неплох. Май пхет - май арой!
