Хотелось заказать у них через DC, заказ приняли, потом нам позвонили и поменяли одну позицию в чеке. Ждали час. Вдруг нам просто молча отменяют заказ. Пришлось звонить и выяснять причину, оказалось, так не смогли найти замену той позиции. Так почему нельзя было сразу отказаться от заказа, чтобы мы не ждали впустую час? Причём отменили аккурат в 23:00, когда многие другие рестораны уже не принимают заказы. Большое спасибо за вечер, PhoBo.
