Супруг сделал заказ, решили перед отлетом не готовить , а спокойно поужинать любимыми хинкали от Пхали Хинкали За всё время , пишу негативный отзыв о любимом заведении Сделали заказ в 15:10, в 15:50 звонит курьер и спрашивает «у вас 271 адрес» говорим да Курьер говорит, что отменили доставки в наш район(при принятии заказа об этом не было ни слова) Сказали , что свяжется менеджер.В 16:14 звонка не поступило и я стала звонить. Менеджер сказал , что мы указали не тот адрес - 71 (хотя квартира у нас 71,а улица 271 и указано было верно, в приложении оно стоит по умолчанию) В итоге сказали снова подождать , по результату пришлось снова звонить самим и менеджеры ничего не сделали. После повышенных интонаций , мне попыталась девушка , что-то объяснить о субординации, но при этом о компетентности своей работы абсолютно забыла Как итог, нам сделали возврат без каких-либо извинений. Отвратительное отношение и клиентоориентированность в когда-то любимом заведении!

Были ещё до официального открытия. Прекрасно! Чисто, уютно, вкусно, недорого. Официанты есть и их как бы нет - незаметные и ненавязчивые. Из маааленьких печалей только не принесённый соус, который потом в чеке таки был. )
