Обратился в эту контору, дабы оформить уже сделанную перепланировку. Через день от составления договора приехала девушка, нарисовала план квартиры, произвела замеры. Как велено было, через неделю приехали за документами, дабы везти их в администрацию - оказалось, что документы не оформлены. На вопрос “а почему, собственно”, был ответ “а потому, что я здесь одна такая красивая”. Ладно, через пару дней документы оформили, посылают в администрацию в стиле “на деревню дедушке”. Сказали, что надо идти в кабинет NN. Дни и часы работы кабинета не знаем, посмотрите на сайте администрации. Как оказалось, на сайте про этот кабинет вообще ни слова. Путём долгих изысканий нашли телефон этошо кабинета. Там нас выслушали и сказали, что это не к ним, а в другой кабинет. Сходил туда, там документы приняли и через неделю вернули, так как документы, сделанные в этой конторе, не правильно оформлены. Вернулись обратно. Оказалось, не мы одни такие. Девушка побурчала “опять непонятливые клиенты”, сказала, что сами виноваты, пошли не в тот кабинет. На клочке бумаги написала номер кабинета, часы работы опять не знает. Во второй заход мы попали в тот кабинет, куда надо и завершилось все в итоге благополучно. Учитывая не самый дешёвый по городу ценник на эти услуги, могли бы распечатать “маршрутный лист” для клиентов （последовательно, куда идти и часы рпботы этих контор）, либо найти сотрудника, которой не сложно всё выяснить и все подробно клиентам объяснить.
