Постоянно работающий сайт (в отличии от зеленого конкурента), служба поддержки отзванивается по заказу и тп. Вежливые водители, грузчики. Можно вернуть лишний товар отправив со след машиной (платно), т.е. целесообразно доставку раскидывать на несколько заказов. Правда, для окончательного возврата нужно отдельно подъехать в офис, плюс в том, что работает он 24 часа. Возвратные позиции также спускают из квартир, кроме гипсокартона (а зря! Найдите решение!). Довозят бесплатно товар поврежденный при транспортировке/разгрузке. Короче, работать удобно, рекомендую!
