Заказывали у этой компании сначала фундамент-плиту в 2017 году, а на следующий год дом из пеноблока. Прошёл год, пока каких-либо нареканий не обнаружили. Дома тепло, трещин нигде нет. Из того, что понравилось, так это то, что их прорабы и руководители взяли весь огонь на себя, особенно с закупкой материалов, потому что знаем как это тяжело, так как у соседей с этим был просто кошмар. Из того, над чем бы им стоило поработать, так это с кредитами, так как на момент нашей стройки в кредит они не строили (хотя планировали), поэтому стройку пришлось разносить на два года. Ещё не совсем удобное расположение самой организации, потому что на Ткацкой у них только переговорная, поэтому просят договариваться о приезде заранее. В остальных вещах нареканий нет, рекомендую.
