Я продавал через агентство "Петербургский риэлтор" квартиру, два раза в 2013 и 2015 годах. Мне взамен были нужны квартиры новостройках. Со мной работал агент Максим Казёнкин. Ему удалось найти покупателя меньше чем за месяц в 2013 году, без какого либо снижения цены, так как квартира сразу была правильно оценена, и быстро подобрал новостройку. В 2015 несмотря на кризис Максим умудрился продать мою квартиру, даже дороже чем мы изначально её продавали!!! Сразу нашлось два покупателя и они начали торговаться между собой, победил конечно тот кто предложил больше!) Думаю, тут заслуга в личных качествах Максима, таких как личная коммуникабельность, порядочность, открытость и ответственный подход. Это и помогло срастись всей сделке в кратчайшие сроки. Я очень доволен работой Максима и агентства, есть повод вскоре продолжить сотрудничество. Рекомендую Максима всем моим друзьям!

В январе 2016 года решила самостоятельно выставить свою квартиру на продажу, и сразу столкнулась с огромным количеством трудностей. Самое главное, я не знала реальной рыночной стоимости своей квартиры и как правильно оформлять сделку, чтобы не нарваться на мошенников. Поняла, что здесь не обойтись без помощи специалиста, но меня пугали и останавливали большие проценты риэлторов за продажу. Подружка порекомендовала обратиться к Казёнкину Максиму Викторовичу из агентства «Петербургский риэлтор» (перед новым годом она продала квартиру через это агентство и осталась довольна). Риэлтор этого агентства сразу внушил доверие своей адекватностью и грамотным подходом к моей ситуации и, конечно, порадовали вменяемые комиссионные. Все было открыто и честно - никаких изменений в договоренности и дополнительных трат. В марте мы продали квартиру по хорошей цене. Благодарю Максима за профессионализм и порядочность!
