Звонят пкб по нескольку раз. Я ничего не должен никаким банкам. Доводы что я не Иван какой-то там не воспринимают. Что делать?

Здравствуйте! Просим Вас направить жалобу в отдел урегулирования претензий - kira.shipilova@collector.ru. По возможности подробно опишите проблему. на письмо специалисты обязательно отправят ответ. В том случае, если будет выявлено, что Вы не имеете просроченной задолженности, номер будет исключен из базы. Спасибо!

Был кредит на бытовую технику, 4 платежа не доплатил, были проблемы с финансами. Просил банк подождать несколько месяцев. Но нет начислили проценты большие, а потом перепродали коллекторам. Вот общался с ПКБ, предлагали выплатить в рассрочку и получить небольшую скидку. Обещали потом выдать справку о закрытии долга. Сейчас правда все приутихли – во время карантина никто уже не ходит…все соблюдают изоляцию)

Хотя и реально идут на встречу и списывают половину задолженности но всю душу вытрепят своими напоминаниями о себе по смс и звонками. Уважаемые... про вас и так Очень тяжело забыть.

был большой долг по кредитке, который попал к коллекторам. Звонили из ПКБ несколько раз вмесяц. Не помню точно, примерно 1—2 раза в неделю. Спрашивали когда долг верну, напоминали про варианты погашения. тянула время, т.к. денег свободных небыло. В прошлом месяце пришли домой. Показали все документы. Успокоили что паниковать не надо еще раз сказали про возможность погашения в рассрочку. Заключила договор и получила скидку, но теперь главное по графику выплачивать и не забывать каждый месяц. А н а днях смс пришло что только 50% за апрель – я вообще в шоке!!!! люди же!! – показать
