Привет. Мы у треста первого квартиру брали. Тоже в ипотеку, по срокам - у нас три месяца всё заняло, с ожиданием решения по ипотеке и сбором всех документов. Менеджеры да, помогают прямо сильно - нас девушка от и до сопровождала, очень приятно.э

В связи с этим вопрос к тем, кто недавно покупал квартиру в новостройке - сколько примерно занимает срок оформления документов на квартиру, ипотеку? Помогают ли с этим менеджеры по продажам? Мы рассматриваем Уфимский кремль, вероятнее всего на двушку рассчитываем...
