Начал с ними сотрудничать с апреля 2018г. все было неплохо до 24.09.2018. В этот день я к ним обратился за помощью с обновлением 1С. Не ставилась платформа. Менеджер потратил ШЕСТЬ часов(дистанционно, и судя по всему с обедом и перекурами) но так и не смог устранить проблему. Потом мне выставили счет "Со скидкой", за работу без результата. В процессе выяснения меня передали руководителю, какого-то подразделения,которая решила, что может разговаривать со мной в хамской форме. На этом общение было закончено по моей инициативе, с написанием электронного письма на сайте, в адрес САМОГО главного в этой организации. На сегодняшний день проблема решилась без участия менеджеров этой компании, всего лишь одним кликом мышкой. Отсюда вывод: Квалификация сотрудников оставляет сильно желать лучшего.
