Дорогие друзья! Не любитель я писать негативные отзывы,но очень хочется,чтобы меньше людей попадали в такую ловушку как мы. Моей сестре нужно было срочно провести хирургическую процедуру "лапароцентез брюшной полости". В связи с короновирусом,как мы не старались пробиться в наши районные больницы,было бесполезно-карантин.Решать проблему нужно было срочно,разводить руками не прокатит.Отчаявшись с мужем сестры,вызвали платную скорую помощь.Скорая приехала быстро,осмотрев пациентку,врачи предложили госпитализацию,где было свободное место.Это была ПУК(Первая университетская клиника).Мы были предупреждены о внесении депозита в 150 000 рублей.Муж сестры дал согласие на госпитализацию. 27.04.20 В клинике был заключён договор и оплачен депозит в размере 150 000 рублей. 29.04.20 С утра раздался звонок-" Вы в минусе,ещё надо заплатить 150 000 рублей." Приехал,оплатил.Далее,т.к сестра была в реанимации надо было заключить новый договор с оплатой также 150 000 рублей.Машина запущена,процесс пошёл. А почему сразу,хотя бы приблизительно не назвать сумму,ведь так можно до бесконечности подскакивать искать деньги и бежать быстрей оплачивать.Можно было просто сказать-"Расчитывайте оплачивать в сутки по 150 000 рублей,хотите госпитализируйтесь,либо ищите другое место."Для пенсионеров-это неподъёмная сумма.Отрицание идёт от несогласованности и недосказанности,человек разве расчитывал,что с 27.04.20 с 19:00 до 01.05.20 до 16:00 оплатит сумму 436 000 рублей,пришлось забирать сестру с реанимации,т.к расходы значительно перекрыли доходы.Прекрасно осознаём,что это платная клиника,что будут расходы,но смысл моего отрицательно отзыва,не по звонку бегать оплачивать,не ожидая,какая сумма ещё выплывет,а согласовывать с "Заказчитом" поэтапно,чтоб быть готовыми к оплате.Создаётся впечатление "Попался-держись!" Желаю всем здоровья!
