Хотелось бы обратить внимание руководства на продавца Горшкову Наталью в магазине на братиславской(если правильно запомнила фамилию).С покупателями общается грубо,на повышенных тонах,обслуживание в какой-то «панибратской «манере.Считаю это не приемлимо,складывается такое впечатление,что человека раздражают покупатели.В остальном,другие продавцы очень приятные и вежливые,всегда помогут с выбором.Ну и товары всегда отличные.Есть из чего выбрать.

В магазине не соблюдаются права потребителей, если вы купили вещь и она Вам чем то не подошла вы не сможете сдать,обменять в соответствии с п.5 ст.18 закона о правах потребителя. Проверяйте вещи при покупке.

Добрый день,Татьяна. Отвечаем на Ваше письмо. Согласно ч.1 ст.25 Закона о защите прав потребителей потребитель вправе обменять товар на аналогичный товар у продавца, у которого этот товар был приобретен, если указанный товар не был употреблении. Но подушка,которую Вы хотели вернуть или обменять была в использовании и от нее был органический запас пота и запах табака.У Вас есть право сделать экспертизу.
