На сайте лаборатории размещена акция на анализы. При визите в лабораторию сообщили, что акция закончилась около года назад, но её до сих пор не убрали с сайта. Вину скинули на меня, якобы нужно было сначала позвонить. Потратила время на поездку зря. Очень странное отношение к клиентам.

Добрый день ! Мы приносим вам извинения за доставленные неудобства. На главной странице сайта на самом большом баннере указано , что информация на сайте не актуальна , так как новый прейскурант в процессе загрузки . Актуальные цены просьба уточнять по телефону . И указан номер лаборатории .

На момент моего посещения вашей лаборатории и написания отзыва этой информации на сайте не было. Надеюсь, в дальнейшем подобные недочёты будут устранены заранее, а не после жалоб. В Яндекс картах я тоже оставляла отзыв, но ответить вам там не могу, поэтому пишу здесь. В своём ответе вы указали, что я пришла в неприёмное время (после 15:00), но это не отменяет того факта, что даже если бы я пришла в приёмные часы, мне бы не оказали услугу по акции, размещённой на сайте(на тот момент без каких-либо больших баннеров на главной странице). Размещение неактуальной информации и перекладывание ответственности на клиента- крайне сомнительная практика.
