Пользовался сегодня мед. услугами данной клиники (посетил одного врача в "13:00") из замечаний только что отсутствие бэйджиков на груди прекрасных сотрудников приёмной (или как она там правильно называется), пришлось спрашивать. Как пожелание, хотелось бы знать имя человека с которым общаешься (чтоб не дырявить и не портить одежду, есть таблички на стойку или бэйджи на верёвочке). А в остальном, чисто, уютно, диван и стулья для ожидающих, кулер с водой, гардероб, бахили, доброжелательные лица (вроде обычные вещи но после бюджетных клиник контраст явный). По независящим от клиники причинам, вошел в положение и прервав почти начавшуюся мед. процедуру, пропустил вне очереди пациента имеющего льготы (завуалированно начали тонко намекать на это 😊). Видимо по этой причине, сотрудница приёмной - Ирина, решила скрасить моё вынужденное ожидание и угостить по собственной инициативе вкусными конфетками (вроде бы мелочь, а приятно), за что отдельное ей от меня БлагоДарю и просьба к руководству, поощрить данного сотрудника за клиентоориентированность и доброжелательность. Похвально, что клиника отвечает здесь на критику и замечания клиентов, работает над ошибками, делая визиты более комфортными для посетителей, за это вам лайк и подписка 😊.
