Ужасная компания, работают хамы. Берут заявку на рассмотрение и спустя неделю говорят что не возьмутся за работу, могли бы и раньше сказать. И нет чтобы объяснить причину отказа бросают трубку. Не рекомендую к ним обращаться, только время свое потратите!

Уважаемая Ольга Кечкина! Ваш отзыв о работе нашей компании был тщательно изучен. По результатам рассмотрения готовы уведомить Вас о том, что: 1. Официальный запрос на разработку проектной документации, указания сроков и стоимости работ Вы нам не подавали. 2. Заявку на рассмотрение Вы прислали неофициальным письмом по Е mail 26.06.2019г., повторно 02.07.2019г. 3. До 03.07.2019 Ваша заявка была на рассмотрении. 4. 03.07.2019 Вам был дан ответ. 5. Сроки ответа установлены обычно договором, если же срока нет, то по общему правилу — 30 дней на любой запрос по договору. 6. Договора у нас с Вами нет, значит и нет никакой обязанности. 7. Как Исполнитель мы имеем полное право отказаться от работы. 8. Отказ Вам был озвучен в полной мере с объяснением причины. К сожалению, Вы не приняли во внимание причину нашего отказа, поэтому претензии считаем не обоснованными Вы первый заказчик, который остался не доволен качеством нашей работы и общением с заказчиком. Официального запроса конечно не было. Вас просили озвучить сроки и стоимость работы. Вы спустя неделю сообщаете, что не возьметесь за работу. Могли бы сообщить об этом в любой из дней, я звонила и напоминала о себе каждый день. Вы кстати не всегда ещё и трубку берете. И вместо того чтобы объяснить причину отказа, ваш сотрудник просто бросает трубку! Поэтому я вас не рекомендую.
