Хочется узнать для чего в парке охрана? И куда смотрит администрация? Многие владельцы собак особенно больших пород позволяют себе выгуливать своих собак без поводка и никто им не делает замечания, хотя это нарушение выгула собак в общественном месте и за это предусмотрен штраф. В парке постоянно объявляют, что нельзя выгуливать собак без поводка, но это никто не контролирует. Я сама являюсь владельцем собаки (у меня маленькая собачка) и он всё время на поводке потому что это собака и они непредсказуемы. Сколько раз была свидетелем, как большая собака без поводка нападала на собаку которая на поводке и никому нет дела, а если она нападёт на ребёнка?! Безсовестные владельцы и безответственная администрация в парке, а про охрану я вообще молчу, они видимо в парке для видимости!Администрация примите уже меры!!! И наймите уже нормальную охрану!!!
