Заказывал у них газонокосилку с отправкой в другой город. Все супер. Отправили очень оперативно и транспортная компания не подвела. Все очень понравилось.

Купили тут две шлифмашинки Зубр, у продавца с Зубром подписан договор на гарантийный ремонт. Через пол года привёз обе машинки на гарантийный ремонт, взяли, через пол часа позвонили и сказали, что они не подписали договор с зубром в этом году и ремонт только платный, диагностика 500 рублей. Согласился на диагностику, на следующий день позвонили и сказали что обе шлифмашинки мертвы, у обеих роторы сгорели и мол бесполезно чинить, «можете даже не забирать». Я все таки приехал, заплатил за диагностику, забрал и отвёз на рынок мастеру. В итоге оказалось, что у одной машинки были проблемы с подшипником, а у другой СЛОМАЛАСЬ КНОПКА!! Кнопка Карл! Делаю выводы, что в конторе работают жулики, которые таким образом обманом забирают рабочее оборудование, шаманят и перепродают. Если бы взял документы за диагностику, заявление в полицию бы написал, но не взял

День добрый! Мы считаем, что диагностика была проведена правильно. Что было дальше с этим инструментом и где и как его ремонтировали мы не знаем. Нам хлам на складе не нужен. Оставить у себя данный инструмент мы не предлагали. Хотели ушатанный в хлам инструмент отремонтировать "по гарантии" нахаляву, не получилось, вот и оставили такой отзыв.
