Если бы была возможность, поставила бы 10 звёзд. Нам очень нравятся занятия, отношение педагога(Дмитрий Николаевич) , его мастерство. Ребёнок бежит на занятия

Проходили в эту школу с сентября по апрель в группу малыши 6 лет, съездили на два фестиваля, потом моя дочь не ходила месяц по состоянию здоровья, а на носу отчетный концерт, который оплачен и куплены билеты, и тут я совершенно случайно узнаю , что моя дочь снята с концерта, на вопрос в чем причина, ответ, что мы пропустили несколько занятий и неважно что это по состоянию здоровья, и что танец дочь знает отлично ( проходили все таки полгода) и костюм имеется! Деньги ,сданные на концерт, на котором мы выступать не будем, возвращать никто не собирается! Вот такое отношение к детям! Неудивительно, что новых воспитанников в этой школе не прибавляется, ведь руководство абсолютно в этом не заинтересовано.

Алла, спасибо за Ваш отзыв. Да, по состоянию здоровья Ваша дочь не могла посещать занятия, о чем Вы лично предупредили нашу школу и сказали, что дочь "в мае точно ходить не будет и 18 числа (на фестиваль) не поедет" - так Вы лично и написали. Поскольку подготовка к отчетному концерту занимает много времени и непонятно, когда Ваша дочь выздоровеет, её исключили из танца, а за 2 занятия переделать все рисунки в танце детям очень тяжело. Зачем же Вы сейчас всё переворачиваете с ног на голову? Думаю, Вам бы тоже не понравилось, если бы Ваша дочь за два занятия переучивала всё, что учила целый месяц. Да, взносы за отчетный концерт мы не возвращаем, о чем сразу предупреждаем устно и об этом написано в договоре, который мы подписываем с каждым клиентом. И как Вы проверили количество наших воспитанников?))) Вы занимаетесь в группе, в которую, в принципе, преподаватель не хотела брать новеньких, но было несколько исключений - в том числе Вы.
