Приехала в город ненадолго и решила сходить в магазин за продуктами. Выбрала продукты и пошла на кассу самообслуживания, т.к. работала 1 касса, очередь была большая. Пробиваю товары, на молочном продукте не было кода маркировки, а без него нельзя пробить на кассе данный продукт. Я нажала на кнопку вызова сотрудника. На что охранник посчитал нужным высказать свое мнение на весь магазин о том, на кой черт поставили эти аппараты, если ими не умеют пользоваться и добавил слово "тупые". В итоге вместо продавца подошел этот охранник и включил умника. Я ему ответила, что хочу взять именно этот продукт, т.к. он остался один на полках, но на нем не было марки. Он мне по грубо сказал, чтобы я пошла его менять. В конечном итоге я все же поменяла продукт на другой, продолжила пробивать товары, а охранник настойчиво стоял и просматривал все то, что я пробивала(ладно, пусть смотрит), но зачем лезть мне под руки и тыкать кнопки, я не поняла. Да, покупка состоялась, но когда я нажимаю кнопку вызова сотрудника, хотелось бы видеть либо продавца, либо администратора магазина, который решил бы проблему с этой маркой, а не охранника, который на весь магазин называет людей тупыми

Товары со скидками пробивают без скидок На полках просроченные товары, сегодня 24.09.24г. сметана стоит у которой срок годности закончился 20.09.24г.
