Добрый день! Я вчера 23.04.2023г в 11:18 купила продукты и пришла на кассу, на кассе мне все пробили на сумму 2448,89 банк снял деньги а на кассе оплата не прошла. Но сотрудники не захотели решать мою проблему и сказали обращайтесь в банк. Но банк выполнил свою работа деньги снял, а на кассе я думаю была какая-то не исправность. В итоге я осталось без покупки и денег🥺

1 февраля 2020 года был в магазине ПЕРЕКРЕСТОК по адресу Никулинская улица дом 21. Пока совершал покупки увидел объявление о скидках в 40% на различные КАТЕГОРИИ (именно категории, а не наименования) товаров. Фото объявления есть. Для уточнения данной акции спроси у сотрудников магазина действительно эта акция работает. Естественно получил положительный ответ. После совершения покупок решил изучить чек и посчитать скидку. Оказалось, что скидка на данные КАТЕГОРИИ товаров составила 25%. Фото чека естественно тоже имеется. Так как данное обстоятельство ( скидка 25% вместо обещанных 40%) я заметил только дома, ехать разбираться сил уже не было. В этой связи мне интересно этот обман покупателя происходит централизовано во всей сети магазинов, или это "выдумки" руководства только данного магазина? Впечатление от магазина конечно остались негативные. Вся сеть х5 видимо уже не знает как заработать больше денег.

Один из лучших магазинов рядом с домом. Сколько раз тут бывал -- работают все(или почти все) кассы и очередь продвигается быстро. Круто!
