В начале 2014 года заказал очки. Перепутали местами стёкла (разница у меня ощутимая) и еще пытались убедить, что это нормально - надо походить и привыкнуть. Это при том, что на тот момент за очки в сборе отдал около 500$. После небольших дискуссий, ошибка была устранена и я забыл - с кем не бывает. В июне 2017 дал скидочную карту маме, чтобы она заказала себе там же очки для чтения. Встретили ее хорошо, вежливо, помогли привести в порядок ее старые очёчки. Но дальше опять что-то пошло не так. В салоне она почитала в очках и убрала до дома. А дома обнаружилось, что подняв глаза от газеты, окружающие предметы мутные и жутко "плывут" чуть в сторону от центра зрения. В салоне ее снова начали убеждать, что это нормально и надо "походить-привыкнуть". Потом попытались снять с пенсионера еще денег за исправление своей же ошибки. В итоге она отдала им свои старые очки, чтобы они сделали вторые по их подобию. В этот раз у них получилось нормально.
