В очередной раз пришлось посетить пфр( повторюсь что сфр язык не поворачивается назвать- социальный это нечто другое. И в очередной раз столкнулся с хамством и невежеством. Получив талон п003 присел и стал ждать( Я инвалид и стоять мне тяжело). На табло стояла цифра П 002 и я подумал что следующий буду я. Но не тут то было. Дальше был номер 004 а затем( через полчаса) п 005. Удивившись в очередной раз( раньше цифры стояли часами) я решил уточнить в чем причина такого абсурда. В ответ на мою просьбу я услышал: вы тут ходите каждый день надоели уже. ( За последние полгода я пришел 2й раз). Затем вместо женщины которая сидела у окошка пришел какой то верзила( по всей видимости сантехник( для чего он сидел в ее кресле во время моего пребывания для меня осталось загадкой)). Не получив ничего для чего я приходил пришлось ретироваться подобру поздорову т.к.ответы на любой вопрос становились резкими и недружелюбным.

Ничего плохого сказать не могу об этом отделении ПФР. Записалась по телефону на дату и время посещения. получила код для получения талона на терминале. Пришла в указанное по договорённости время. Никаких очередей не увидела. Приём - точно в назначенное время. Удивительно вежливая и внимательная сотрудница в окне номер 1 ответила на все вопросы и оформила необходимые документы. Спасибо.
