Обращался несколько раз, но теперь только стороной . Не умеет эта компания вовремя доставлять груз (особенно когда пишут "ориентировочный срок доставки ") . Операторы не владеют информацией о перемещении груза. На жалобы ни кто не реагирует .Одна барышня говорит что в течении 2-5 дней ответят на жалобу а другая 2-5 рабочих дня ( когда в стране уже больше месяца дни нерабочие) Звонят и рассказывают что груз находится в Бутово ,приезжайте и забирайте а в заказе другое место доставки .Ставят статус груза "в пути" и сиди жди ,как они сказали +-3 дня от ориентировочного срока а то и дольше ,вдруг машина еще не укомплектовалась в Королев.Бардак там полный .....
