Заказали некрупную междугороднюю перевозку. В день, когда груз должны были забрать, машина не явилась. Позвонили в ПЭК, оператор ответила, что "водитель не успел, сегодня не приедет, может быть завтра позвоним вам и уточним, когда сможем забрать". Никакого предупреждения о задержке.

Если бы можно было поставить 0 звёзд, поставила бы. Много раз пользовались услугами компании ПЭК, и вот при переезде из Новосибирска в Москву 16 марта 2020 г. отправили личные вещи, необходимые для быта, в пункт выдачи на Чонгарский бульвар 6, потом была заказана доставка на адрес. До сих пор свои вещи мы не можем получить. Сначала доставка была на 31 марта, но оказалось, что груз утерян. В итоге нашёлся 6 апреля, менеджер, кажется, по имени Ильдар обещал, что 7 апреля с 9-18 груз будет доставлен, но как итог груз снова утерян. Звонки на горячую линию толка никакого не дают. Судя по отзывам поможет только личный визит в компанию, чего не особо хотелось бы в сложившейся обстановке в мире. Итог: со мной связался менеджер Павел, разрешил сложившуюся ситуацию и груз наконец-то у нас 1 звезду меняю на 3 лишь за то, что в компании есть сотрудники, которые могут решить проблему и достаточно оперативно, спасибо Павлу:)
