Вот наконец-то дошли руки ... Очень хочу поблагодарить Пегас Туристик 👍 в частности , Виолетту ! Работает на КП , в здании DNS Много раз к ней обращалась , и поводу билетов и по путевкам , да и просто проконсультироваться по отелям! Всегда получала грамотный ответ, совет ! Очень импонирует , что сам работник много где был и понимает суть вопроса! Виолетта - приятная в общении , терпеливая , очень спокойная ) Спасибо , за компетентность, вежливость ! Очень помогла по многим аспектам ! Большое спасибо , Пегас ! И Виолетта )🌸 Ещё обращусь и не раз !

НЕ бронируйте туры! Платишь 5000, остальное в течении 2-х дней. А потом оказывается, что вырос курс (обязательно вырос!) и приходится платить на 1500-2000 р. больше! Или отказаться и ждать понижения курса (он вполне возможен), НО за отказ штраф! 20-40 долларов.

Уважаемая, Людмила Юрьевна! Согласно подпункту 6.2. пункта 6 Договора о реализации туристического продукта «Оплата стоимости Турпродукта производится в рублях. В случае, если стоимость Турпродукта установлена ТУРОПЕРАТОРОМ в иностранной валюте, оплата производится в рублях РФ по курсу, установленному ТУРОПЕРАТОРОМ на дату передачи ЗАКАЗЧИКОМ соответствующей суммы денежных средств ТУРАГЕНТУ.» Эта информация также была донесена Вам в устном порядке.
