Очень понравилась менеджер Юлия. Подбирает со всеми предпочтениями, говорит плюсы и минусы выбора, умеет найти общий язык с клиентами, очень вежливая. Летали от этой компании, все прошло лучше, чем ожидалось; во второй раз заключили договор, но полеты были отменены, деньги сразу же вернули (полную стоимость) без возражений. Советую и рекомендую✨

Менеджер Мария супер. Сделала вид что услышала наши предпочтения, и предложила тур в Турцию. На картинке все было замечательно. Берут только налом. Спустя 4 часа, посмотрев отзывы и посоветовавшись в предложенной туре, выяснилось что не поменять, не вернуть деньги не получиться. Или отдыхай что втюхали или судись. Главное взять деньги. Контора просто перепродает чужие туры. делает вид что подберете вам. Моя вина что не читал отзывы раньше. Учатся на своих ошибках. Бог им судья. Не советую их. Ни какого отношения к Пегас туристик это шарашка не имеет.

Здравствуйте, уважаемый Вячеслав! Вчера, когда Вы пришли к нам в агентство Вам было предложено несколько отелей разной ценовой категории, все нюансы менеджером были рассказаны. Свой выбор остановили на данном отеле, который позже и забронировали. Оплату на туры с вылетом в ближайшие 10 днём мы берём, только наличными, на что Вы тут же согласились и возражений никаких не поступало. И наше агентство имеет все документы, а именно лицензионный договор и соглашение на использование на товарного знака. Данный публичный отзыв мы расцениваем как клевету и непременно обратимся в суд, так в Вашем отзыве нет ни слова правды, кроме клеветы и оскорблений.

Прошло 6 лет. Я так понимаю иска в суд не будет. Очередная болтовня.
