Добрый вечер ! По адресу Алтуфьевское шоссе дом 8 . Изменился график!!!! Обратите на это внимания! теперь они работают с 17:00 до 20:00 . Так же не хотят возвращать деньги за путевки ! Связи с такой ситуации в стране коронавирусом , вылеты запретили . Сегодня я была в таком шоке , как же отвратительно себя вела сотрудница этого агенства Диана. Такая хамка , выгоняла из агенства , и делала так чтоб мы написали заявления , что мы передумали лететь отдыхать !! Уволить сотрудницу !!!!Сразу обращайтесь ростуризм !!!!! Только так можно будет вернуть деньги за путевки. Я очень расстроилась , обидно 8лет мы летали через это агенство !!!!!!

Спасибо за комплимент агентству. Учтем в своей работе. За исключением одного нюанса. Возврат денег за отмененные туры осуществляют не турагентства (кои сразу же перечисляют деньги туроператорам), а туроператоры. И сроки возврата денег по отмененным "ковидным" турам или их перенос на другие сроки регламентируется не волею турагентства или туроператора, а действующим законодательством РФ. В частности, Постановлением Правительства РФ № 1073 от 20.07.2020 г.

На вывеске написано ж. д. билеты, а на самом деле их нет. Простоял, прождал, сотрудники отшили меня.

Приносим свои извинения. Видимо, на момент Вашего визита был сбой в работе сервиса продажи авиа и железнодорожных билетов. В настоящее время эта услуга оказывается.

Приятно иметь дело с профессионалами. До этого ездил на Кубу и в Египет, постоянно натыкался на «подводные камни », такие как дополнительно оплачиваемая виза (туда или обратно, не важно), о которых просто умалчивали. Про вопросы о стане в частности ничего пояснить не могли, конечно, за отсутствием знаний видимо. В данном агенстве объяснили всё от и до. А главное подобрали рейсы на самолет чтоб без ущерба путевке!!!
