Сначала было все хорошо, быстро подобрали, все устроило и по цене и по качеству. После аннуляции тура, который был запланирован на июнь 2020г. и запроса вернуть деньги или предложить какие то другие варианты с официально подтвержденными документами - перестали брать даже трубки. Устно по телефону подтвердили что не оплатили туроператору за нас всю сумму за забронированный тур, полученную от нас. Возвращать деньги тоже не собираются. Это уже мошенничество. Не советую никому. Будем обращаться в официальные органы.

Обратились в офис Пегас на ул. Лобненская д.4а. Аналогичная ситуация Оплатили 100% тур на июнь ещё в феврале. Начали звонить в конце апреля трубку уже не брали. Сейчас через офис Пегаса узнала, что тур до конца не оплачен..
