Самый отвратительный сервис из всех, что только можно представить. Оформила доставку в Подмосковье (деревня Головино), ввела полный адрес доставки, изначально сумма доставки по МО высветилась 700₽, но после финального оформления стала 450₽. Было указано, что со мной свяжутся в течение 15 минут. В итоге я перезвонила сама через час, они сообщили, что много заказов и свяжутся позже (в начале 11 вечера я получила обратный звонок, через 3 часа ожидания). Далее менеджер сообщил, что доставка будет с тоить 1500 ₽, не смотря на автоматический расчет сайта, согласно детально указанному мной адресу, где было четко написано МО.Таким образом, менеджер в крайне резкой форме стал настаивать на цену доставки в 1500 рублей, намекая на то, что все мы люди, можно же простить такую погрешность. Если у вас проблемы с оформлением букетов на сайте, это не должно волновать клиента.В ходе разговора я настаивала на выполнение заказа на изначальных условиях, кроме того мною не был отменен заказ, который должен был быть произведен на следующий день. Со мной повторно никто не связался (хотя такое требование было с моей стороны) и заказ не был доставлен совсем!!!МАГАЗИН — НЕ ИМЕЮЩИЙ СЕРВИС ОТ СЛОВА СОВСЕМ!!! – показать

Подвели в день свадьбы. Привезли не такой букет, как был на картинке, цветов было 15 вместо 25. Объяснения были абсурдные: не нужные распустились цветы, не успели поменять описание на сайте и проч. Вопрос не решили, хамили.
