Заказали СВЕРХбыструю и срочную доставку документов из Москвы в Воронеж (500 км - это 7-10 часов на поезде и 5-7 на машине) - заплатили в 3(!) раза больше стоимости стандартной доставки. Везли в итоге три дня...в сроки доставки не уложились. Написали претензию - попросили вернуть РАЗНИЦУ, то есть фактически доплату за срочность, поскольку условие не было выполнено. Речь о 1,5 тысячах, но дело не в них, а в принципе. Естественно, никто не ответил. Не стоит связываться с этой компанией.

Екатерина, добрый день! Были проверены все доставки из Москвы в Воронеж и все были выполнены в срок или быстрее. Прошу написать нам на почту более подробную информацию по Вашему инциденту и когда Вы заказывали. Были просмотрены все доставки за последние пол года. В любом случае, нам искренне жаль, что наша работа не удовлетворила Ваши потребности, если это действительно была наша работа и данный отзыв не является ошибкой.
