Работаю не далеко от этого места и иногда заходили с коллегами купить что-нибудь на обед, все салаты не свежие! Драники либо сырые, либо пересоленные. Самса или курник с сюрпризами внутри, один лук и непонятного происхождения «мясо»! В общем мы туда ни ногой!!!

Доброго дня! Видимо, Ваши вкусовые предпочтения не совпадают с нашими. Салаты доставляются в магазины нашей сети 2 раза в день. Срок их реализации не более 12 часов после вскрытия, а срок их хранения в закрытом виде не более 7 суток. Самса и курник предполагают лук по рецептуре приготовления. А "мясо" мы используем только российского производства.

Очень не понравилось отношение( мало того ,что 3 раза повторила,так мне еще и сказали :"громче у себя там говори,не слышу "....не критично....но осадок останется...

Добрый день! Скорее всего, Вы зашли к нам в часы пиковой загрузки, поэтому продавец имела неосторожность попросить Вас говорить громче. Из-за небольшого помещения и работы холодильников Вас действительно не очень хорошо слышно со стороны кассы и витрин. Обращение на "ты" к покупателю в нашей сети исключено и недопустимо. За продавцами, обслуживавшими Вас, ранее такого не замечалось. В обслуживании они на достаточно хорошем счету. Жалобы на обслуживание в их отношении отсутствуют. В любом случае с продавцами проведена беседа по культуре обслуживания покупателей. Надеемся,Вы зайдете к нам вновь и сможете изменить свое мнение об обслуживании.

Очень рада, что рядом с домом находится магазин фирмы ООО «Элора» на ул. Брестской 20. Настолько девочки радуют нас отличным обслуживанием, что хочется возвращаться снова и снова…Ассортимент устраивает, да еще можно сделать заказ на тортик для торжества! Не было ни одного случая, чтобы они подвели…работают слаженно, в интересах каждого клиента… Желаю фирме процветания и крепкого здоровья сотрудникам!!!
