Обращался с заказом на разработку 20-ти постеров и остался очень доволен работой специалистов компании "Печатный двор". Оперативность и высокое качество исполнения, гибкость при обсуждении условий, приемлемая цена - несомненные плюсы данной организации. Особенно хотелось бы выделить в лучшую сторону сотрудницу, отвечающую за разработку дизайна - Елену Юрьевну. Большое вам спасибо, было приятно иметь с вами дело.

Воспользовался услугой широкоформатной печати 1. Менеджер посчитал в уме площадь и цена получилась на 10% больше реальной. Пришлось попросить пересчитать на калькуляторе (Миша, да?) 2. Должны были позвонить на следующий день по готовности. После обеда позвонил сам — сказали не могли дозвониться (телефон включен, все остальные прекрасно дозванивались) 3. Оказалось размер что был мне нужен (и озвучен/посчитан при заказе) больше технологических возможностей. Согласился на уменьшение, сказали приезжать через час 4. Приехал через 2,5 часа, оказалось забыли напечатать — подождите 15 минут. Выдали только через полчаса (размер оказался еще чуть меньше). 5. Напомнил что не нужно подрезать белые края — и оказалось не зря, иначе обрезали бы, хотя я специально указал это еще при заказе (Миша, привет!) 6. Попросил упаковать для защиты от снега — пленки хватило только 2/3 свертка Все это произошло при заказе одного плаката P.S. Качество печати (фотобумага) посредственное — пережженные цвета, темнее чем в макете. И все зеленее (о чем честно предупредил менеджер при заказе). К сожалению, мест для распечатки таких форматов немного, и особого выбора нет — приходится идти в Печатный Двор. P.P.S. В другом филиале (Дом печати, к сожалению, там нет широкоформатной фотопечати) множество раз делал распечатки на принтере — впечатления только положительные и от работы сотрудников и от качества печати.
