Добрый день! Давно пользуюсь услугами этой парикмахерской!!! Очень нравиться отношение к клиентам, профессинализм парикмахеров и качество обслуживания! Парикмахер Рита мастер своего дела! Знания, опыт и талант в одном лице!

Не могу оценить парикмахерскую, была в ней первый и последний раз, но горе-мастера Валентину, которая изуродовала мне волосы, сделав стрижку неразбери-пойми(хотя на фото я показала стрижку, которую я хотела) буду помнить как совкового неприятного старомодного мастера, руки пахли шаурмой или чебуреками. Взяла 600руб, хотя по прайсу должна была взять 500руб, т.к.у меня до стрижки были волосы средней длины. Перестричь она отказалась бесплатно, а потребовала ещё заплатить 600 руб. Какая наглость, борзость. Куда смотрит директор этой Пчёлки. Перестричь она отказалась, деньги вернуть отказалась. Завтра еду в Роспотребнадзор СЗАО подать жалобу на несколько моментов в моём облуживании. Пусть проведут проверку по полной программе. Это самый настоящий развод и обман клиентов. Милые женщины, поищите более достойных современных мастеров, я уверена, они есть в других парикмахерских за такие же деньги.
