Достоинства: Профессионализм, индивидуальный подход Недостатки: Недостатков нет Комментарий: Искали сиделку для бабушки. Сменили четверых, когда обратились в это агентство. У нас достаточно сложный случай. Практически лежачая больная с деменцией и очень тяжелым характером. Предыдущее агентство от нас просто отказалось. Когда обратилась в Соцмедик, была приятно удивлена. Меня заверили, что подберут подходящую кандидатуру и все будет хорошо. В результате так и получилось. С ними мы сменили еще 4 сиделки, все они были опытны и профессиональны, но бабушка их просто выживала. При этом все вопросы со сменой решались менеджерами Соцмедик моментально. В результате нам прислали Марианну. И теперь мы живем спокойно. Это профессионал своего дела. Очень приятный и ответственный человек. Она смогла найти подход к бабушке, в доме порядок. Медицинский и гигиенический уход оказывает на высочайшем уровне. Она действительно переживает душой за своих подопечных и старается сделать даже больше, чем можно ожидать. Рекомендую!

Тоже пользуюсь услугами этой компании. Спасибо, что прислали очень профессиональную сиделку, так как дедушка, для которого я и нанимал сиделку, перенес инсульт и у него одна половина тела полностью парализована и большие проблемы с речью при том.но сиделка справляется, дедушка ею тоже доволен. Цены в компании по московским меркам адекватные, в остальном тоже претензий нет.
