Неужели так сложно обучить персонал сообщать клиентам о стопах на кухне? Что бы клиенты не сидели просто так выбирая то, чего нет

Делать я этого конечно не буду, а вам просто внимательней с персоналом, когда нет 1 блюда это одно, а когда в стопе целый раздел в и без того маленьком меню, то это действительно крайне не приятно
