Отвратительное обслуживание Достоинства: Хоть общаются спокойно Недостатки: Долго, нет информирования, нет дисциплины приема людей, персонал сонно обслуживает. Вышла замуж и пришла оформлять паспорт. Это ужас. Очереди огромные. Работает только 2 кабинета и из всех кто сидят обслуживает только один. Просидела там 5 часов, потом обьявили обед, после обеда кто то ушел и кабинет закрыли. Спустя 5 часов у меня приняли документы. Когда я туда зашла поняла почему так все долго происходит. Они очень медленно все делают. Буд то просто отрабатывают свои часы. Это пол беды. Подала я заявление, сказали что через месяц будет готов паспорт. Когда через месяц я приехала в город чтобы получить, они сказали что на моем id паспорте не четкая подпись и поэтому он у них лежит чтобы переделать. Почему нельзя было позвонить раньше и сказать об этом я понятия не имею. Переделала и ждала еще месяц. Потом приехала и еще 5 часов ждала чтобы наконец то получить паспорт. Ужас.

Есть и плюсы и минусы Достоинства: Более менее быстрое оформление паспорта Недостатки: Не очень ответственные сотрудники. В марте этого года я получала ID карту. С электронной очередью проблем не было. Как пришла наша очередь меня впустили. Сделали всё достаточно быстро и сказали приходить за паспортом через месяц. Спустя месяц, когда я пришла забирать документ в кабинете, где выдают паспорт в рабочее время было закрыто. Девушка-администратор стоявшая и входа сказала, что сейчас подойдут. В результате я и ещё несколько людей сидели и ждали около полу часа, если не больше пока придёт работница, выдающая паспорта. Само здание внутри и снаружи выглядит скажем так не очень. Можно ведь было сделать хоть какой-то ремонт. Надеюсь в скором врмени всё поменяется и услуги будут предоставляться лучше.
