Попросил поменять аккумулятор на планшете, в результате, через месяц,, ремонта», испортили дисплейный модуль. Спасибо, даже денег не взяли!

Сейчас уже невозможно достоверно проверить информацию о реальности Вашего обращения к нам, но изложенная информация как минимум не может быть корректна. Если Вы ждали месяц замены аккумулятора, то это точно какой-то малосерийный планшет, с заказом аккумулятора из Китая и Вас точно об этом предупредили сразу. После того, как он поступил его могли начать менять и повредить дисплей т.к. его надо снимать и другого пути нет. Но дальше опять какая-то несуразица: либо Вас сразу предупредили о рисках и Вы их приняли на себя, либо отказались ждать нового модуля дисплея за наш счет (смысл данного действия отсутствует) — это стандартная практика (в процессе ремонта всегда есть шанс что-то повредить, но это наши риски и наша ответственность, если не оговорено иное). – показать
