Были в Перово 17.03. Аттракционы хорошие, персонал вежлив! Но! В зале никто!! Не следит за детьми! Одна девочка за кассой, менеджер занят внешними вопросами и банкетами (что, собственно, и составляет его работу), вторая девочка занята всем, чем можно, но только не залом. Она даже не смотрит в сторону площадки. Так и должно быть? Мне пришлось просить!!! Чтоб дочку подсадили на аттракцион. Хотела пройтись по торговому центру, но, получается нужно находиться в зоне, чтобы следить и помочь если что. . странно..не хотелось сравнивать, но в предыдущем месте я могла совершенно спокойно довериться. Считаю, что надо предупреждать клиентов о том, что приходя нужно самим следить за ребёнком! Первое посещение не оправдало мои ожидания, и расстроило мои планы( – показать

Сходили в перово на открытие! Минусов много но и плюсы есть, Первое это грязный лабиринт, пусть конечно в местах где ребёнок не лазиет, но грязный же.Второе дочь разбила губу попросив аптечки нам ответили ее нет, пришлось потом идти покупать чтоб обработать, это извините ужасно ведь маленькие дети у вас!Третье в зале никто даже не смотрит за детьми, управляющая и две девушки вечно были у стойки кассы, может конечно так должно быть, но в бывшей игровой всегда один человек глазу не спускал с детей!Четвёртое положив на карту денег чтоб поиграть выяснилось что половина аппаратов а особенно для малышей вобще не работают)В целом место хорошее, персонал вежливы – показать
